With over 30+ years experience in the Florida commercial real estate market, Mr. Neveleff brings a wide breadth of expertise and knowledge to each and every transaction he undertakes. Prior to joining forming Stewart Realty Advisors, Mr. Neveleff was a founding partner for 16 years and served as the President and CEO of NAI Realvest, the largest independent brokerage and development firm in Central Florida. While there he participated in and or managed in excess of $1B in transactions. With annual revenues in excess of $10M and offices in Orlando, Daytona Beach and Jacksonville, Florida the success of the firm came from having well thought out strategies along with implementation and execution. Experienced in all facets of the industrial, office, and land sectors, Mr. Neveleff also has significant experience in the development of industrial and residential projects, property management and real estate finance. With a focus on providing superior solutions to complex real estate problems, Mr. Neveleff has developed a client base encompassing high net worth individuals, private institutions and corporations. Many of his clients are international and range from London to Milan to Kuwait. In addition to his private clientele, Mr. Neveleff has handled high profile dispositions on behalf of the Florida Department of Insurance, Orange County Florida Court System, and the Federal Bankruptcy Court. During his tenure, the firm developed over two million square feet of industrial product. Mr. Neveleff’s residential experience comes from the development and construction of numerous communities throughout Central Florida. The communities have ranged in size from 16 acre to 250 acre sites. Total build out value of the communities is in excess of $500 million.
