With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in various specialties Stefan has the ability and drive to help clients achieve their goals in the marketplace. With his energy and connections Stefan is a resource for any investor, bringing a broad range of experience and out of the box thinking to the table.
After earning a BA in International Business at Cal Poly Pomona, I began my commercial real estate career at Lee & Associates in 2003. Focusing on the local owner user market, I successfully negotiated hundreds of sale and lease contracts including a large land purchase by one of the biggest office developers in the nation. After garnering notoriety in the industry, I was recruited to join CB Richard Ellis, the largest commercial brokerage in the world.
As a Land and Development Agent, I identified development opportunities in the Inland Empire and High Desert marketplace, assembled multiple parcels of land, structured ground-up retail centers, office business parks, and industrial distribution projects.
I moved to San Diego in 2009 and began working as a Commercial Investment Broker at Marcus & Millichap. I specialized in procuring commercial investment properties, specifically apartments and net leased investments throughout the county. In 2016, I joined the talented team of professionals at Canter Brokerage. Bringing years of diverse commercial real estate experience and an entrepreneurial spirit to the organization. I am currently focused on land and development opportunities in industrial, multifamily, retail and the growing utility scale solar market.
