Starr has been licensed in the State of Texas for the past 35 years. She began her career in Houston Texas in 1982 with Oaks Realty in the Galleria Area and understands the hustle and bustle of big city business.
Starr has vast knowledge of the downtown Austin loft and condominium market, as well as land and home sales in and around the Austin area. She has preformed contract-consulting work for prospective loft and condominium developers.
Starr is involved in commercial and residential markets. She has great knowledge of the downtown office leasing market. She is strong in Tenant Representation. Her business-like approach and abundant enthusiasm conveys to buyers and seller alike. She currently holds CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations. She is currently working on her EcoBroker designation as she is very involved in researching and learning all she can in the "Green" building arena. She feels this is the wave of the future. She and her husband are building their own "Green" built home. Starr is a multi-million dollar producer.
Starr loves working out, skiing, boating, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband Joe love living in the Capital City, with both of their daughters and their families that live nearby. She is proud to call Austin her home.
