Stan is the EVP of The NASH Group Real Estate, Inc., a full service North Texas based commercial real estate firm. NASH concentrates on development, land sales; office, retail, and industrial sales and leasing; and property management. Stan has completed over 400,000 sq. ft. of office, retail, and industrial leased space. He assisted in developing and marketing several hundred acres of land in Collin and Denton County. Previously Stan 20+ years in corporate America with Sears, American Greetings Corporation, and James River Corporation.
Currently he serves as Past President of the Texas Association for Healthcare Financial Administration, is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University. He recently retired from serving the Collin County Planning Board having just completed a term as Chairman.
Stan served two terms on the Carrollton Texas City Council. While a member of the City Council he served Mayor Pro Tem, and Chairman of the Solid Waste Committee and Judiciary Committee. Stan was appointed to the Washington, D.C. based National League of Cities Leadership Training Council and served as its Vice Chairman from 1994-1996.
While living in Southern California he served as the assistant to Anaheim City Councilwoman Lucille Kring. He served as a member of the Anaheim Budget Advisory Commission, Anaheim Chamber of Commerce, Anaheim Unified High School District Curriculum Advisory Committee, Anaheim Religious Community Council and The National Association of Church Business Administrators.
Stan is a native of Norman, Oklahoma. He graduated from The Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Science degree. While at Oklahoma City University, he served as President of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.
