Stacy Talbott serves as an Associate Broker for OakCrest Commercial Real Estate. She is a second generation REALTOR® specializing in the sales and leasing of all commercial property types, including warehousing, industrial, office, retail, hotel, multi-family, and investment properties. Stacy is a licensed associate broker in both Virginia and West Virginia with a strong familiarity and focus on Virginia’s Frederick, Clarke, Warren, and Shenandoah Counties, as well as the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
Prior to joining OakCrest Commercial Real Estate, Stacy served as a residential sales agent with ERA OakCrest Realty, Inc. and Long & Foster Real Estate in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Stacy is also Director of Operations for Splash Enterprises, LLC, which identifies and re-imagines existing properties for reintroduction to the market. Outside of real estate, Stacy has enjoyed a wide variety of experiences in several different industries and has held positions as a Development Specialist, Operations for Project HOPE in Millwood, VA and as a Formal Bid Writer and Data Analyst for The Library Corporation in Inwood, WV.
Stacy earned a Master of Business Administration, including Certification in Information Management Systems from Shenandoah University and holds a Bachelors of Arts in English from West Virginia University. In addition, she is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute of West Virginia (GRI), Winchester’s INSIGHT Citizen’s Academy, and a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Stacy resides in Winchester with her husband and three children.
