Stacy brings significant market knowledge along with 25 years of commercial real estate experience spanning all facets of the asset life cycle including project development, finance, market underwriting, tenant procurement, project management and asset sales. As a Senior Real Estate Advisor, Stacy specializes in serving owners/developers/investors; prioritizing strategic leasing opportunities to drive asset value. Stacy’s expertise and passion is in ground-up development, redevelopment and merchandising of retail, mixed-use and urban projects. Stacy joined The Shopping Center Group in April 2013 and increased the portfolio from 800,000 square feet to 3.7 million square feet. During this time, Stacy fully leased 4 ground-up power centers, more than 1.2 million square feet and completed more than 110 transactions. Stacy takes pride in working alongside clients offering strategic intelligence and a high service approach. Stacy’s career began with leasing and management of grocery anchored centers. Her role expanded to include project finance, project management and investment sales for the retail portfolio. Additionally, Stacy spent 6 years as Director of Development with The Haskell Company, a top 10 design/build/development firm quarterbacking project development from due diligence to completion. Following Haskell, Stacy served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales and a member of Senior Leadership Team for Hughes Supply and it’s acquirer HD Supply/The Home Depot. Leveraging her diverse background, Stacy is adept at underwriting retail trade areas, developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, procuring synergistic national, regional, and local operators, creating a marketing story targeted to a specific retail category or use and negotiating agreements, all the while being mindful of creating value for ownership, the tenant and the trade area at large. A graduate of Trinity Preparatory School and the University of Florida, Stacy has continued her education completing Rollins College Executive Education Series and is a CCIM candidate.
