Spencer D. Noecker is the original co-founder and an investor in NBP Capital LLC. Mr. Noecker co-founded the privately held commercial real estate fund and its affiliate, NFN Investments in 2008 with a focus on value-add, opportunistic, long-term investing. Mr. Noecker acted as Managing Member for the fund from 2008-2015 and co-built the portfolio of companies to service NBP Capital. While Mr. Noecker remains invested in NBP Capital, he moved on to new opportunist ventures in 2015. Mr. Noecker continues to consult for NBP Capital and sits on the Board of Advisors.
Mr. Noecker has a passion for building companies- from creating systems, setting protocols, implementing organizational structures to streamlining business operations; Mr. Noecker is energized by seeing things grow from development to stabilization. His leadership translated into substantial financial gains for the fund from 2008-2015 and he maintains oversight as an investor.
Prior to forming NBP Capital, Mr. Noecker specialized in multi-family brokerage with Marcus & Millichap in Los Angeles & Portland, OR where he was a top investment broker. Mr. Noecker expressed an interest in proprietary investing early in his career and streamlined brokerage contacts into the acquisition of the first multifamily assets and the early inception of NBP Capital.
Mr. Noecker received a B.S. in Economics from University of Oregon. He and his wife are actively involved in Trillium Family Services where his wife sits on the board. Mr. Noecker resides in Portland and enjoys golf, travel, wine and spending time with family.
