Bio
Spencer is a licensed attorney and graduate of UC Berkeley, and Syracuse University College of Law. Spencer started his career as a construction lawyer in San Francisco, before ultimately volunteering for active military service in the U.S. Army, where he served as a JAG Officer and a construction project manager with tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Upon completion of his military career, Spencer returned to San Francisco, his home of 30 years, to join the Coldwell Banker Commercial team, where he specializes in Multifamily, Investment Properties and 1031 Exchanges. Spencer’s experience in construction, both as a lawyer and project manager, equips him with a unique understanding of commercial development, contracting, project oversight, and dispute avoidance & resolution.
