As a Hospitality Advisor at Winmar Advisory based in DC Metro, Sophia ‘Geros’ Gerohristodoulos advises clients Nationally throughout the entire real estate lifecycle. In this role, her primary responsibilities include providing strategic advisory for market optimization and site selection to Hospitality Operators, complemented by helping Property Owners achieve their occupancy, value and merchandising goals.
Sophia’s transition to real estate leverages her extensive Hospitality experience advising restaurants and retail outlets on their beverage programs, leading a regional wine and distribution program. In this role, Sophia was directly responsible for guiding these retail clients from strategic planning through execution throughout the Mid-Atlantic States. Her engagements spanned the spectrum of the Hospitality industry including hotels, restaurants, stores and markets.
Sophia is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University with a Bachelors of Science in Biopsychology in Emmitsburg, MD.
