Bio
Sonny was born in Vietnam, is fluent in Vietnamese and has lived in Dallas for over 26 years. He started his real estate career at RE/MAX Premier in Plano as a residential agent. Within four years, he became the top agent and was announced as part of the “100% REMAX Club” for having the highest gross sales within the RE/MAX Premier organization. Today as a Commercial Advisor, his primary responsibilities include investments sales, tenant representation, landlord representation and providing clients with market research, while identifying underperforming and value-added assets for his buyers.
Sonny also assists in the marketing of Dallas grocery-anchored shopping centers and is involved with tenant representation for local, regional and national retailers. Sonny has provided real estate services and has a significant working relationship with multiple local Asian banks in Texas.
Sonny is a proud graduate of the University of Texas in Dallas, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Sonny also has experience in mortgage banking as he worked for Prime Lending, a Plains Capital Company. Sonny is certified in Short Sales and Foreclosures, and is a candidate and member of CCIM, ICSC, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, AREAA DFW Chapter and the Asian American Chamber of Commerce for Dallas, Collin and Denton counties.
