Bio
Sky has broad financial and managerial experience as an owner and founder of various start-ups in the real estate investment and construction industries. Sky has been in the real estate industry since 2008, spending the majority of that time representing clients in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial property and land along the Wasatch Front. As an expert in landlord and tenant representation, as well as investment sales of retail properties and development sites, Sky has been an integral part of many tenant roll-out plans for new market entries and expansions. With experience facilitating zoning changes, parcelization, and other entitlements for land development, Sky knows the ins and outs of working with government officials and developers.
Sky was a board member of the National Retail Council for NAI Global, has won multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards and Colliers Top Producer Awards. He is also a contributor to the Weber State Alumni Association and the Weber State Entrepreneurship Association.
Sky is as well-rounded as they come. He graduated from Weber State in business, started a car dealership in Baltimore, worked in the oil fields, he even flipped houses! A dreamer with three children, Sky enjoys hanging out with his family, eating delicious meals his wife Kait prepares (she’s a chef!), racing his Ducati on the track, and taking the whole family out on the boat.
