Skipper has over 38 years of commercial real estate consulting experience. Prior to joining York Properties, he was with Cushman & Wakefield and Commercial Carolina/Cushman & Wakefield. He has represented clients throughout the Raleigh/ Durham, RTP, and Triad markets. Skipper focuses his practice on representing landlords, corporations, and individuals in achieving their real estate objectives. His services have ranged from assisting local and institutional landlords, start-up firms with their initial real estate needs to the established corporate clients. In 1998 he received the REDY Award for the top office deal in the Triangle (124,000 SF) and in 2000
received the REDY Award for the second top office deal (113,000 SF).
