Skip negotiates leases, contracts, and construction projects for all ABC Centers in the West and Southwest regions of the U.S. Also for these ABC Centers and potential centers, Skip conducts property searches and facilities inspections, as well as evaluates the value of future purchases. Skip locates, evaluates, and negotiates with potential tenants and buyers at the West and Southwest ABC Centers. Skip received his BBA degree from UW- Whitewater, is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Wisconsin, and holds his CCIM certificate for Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate.
