Skip attended Bowling Green State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Technology with a major in construction management. He received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1999 and is a State Certified general appraiser with the Ohio Division of Real Estate.
Skip's specialties include a wide range of real estate appraisals, consulting services, feasibility studies and the brokerage of real estate including sales and leasing.
