Skip Case draws on nearly 20 years of industrial real estate expertise to provide both consultation and project management for companies needing real estate and logistics solutions. Within the last three years, Skip has directed real estate and logistics projects for 53 sites in 33 states across the U.S.
As Project Leader, he gathers and manages a team for each project: logistics specialist, material handling expert, architect, engineer, general contractor, lawyer. Skip works closely with the client''s key managers and directors responsible for: manufacturing, import/export, warehousing, sales and distribution, operations and finance. Skip maintains routine communications with all team members through on-site planning and work sessions, phone conferences, and e-mail or other type of status reporting. Together the team crafts a flexible solution that often includes multiple phases to meet immediate, as well as anticipated mid-range and long-range needs.
