Simon has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2007. As an MBA and LEED AP, he offers tenants and investors expertise in site selection, lease and purchase negotiations, sustainable development and financial underwriting. In addition to extensive investment sales work, Simon represents national tenants and manages portfolios of approximately 1.5 million square feet. Professional Experience Prior to entering commercial real estate, Simon began his career in the London and Los Angeles offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers focused on international structuring of Fortune 500 Companies. Following this role, he worked in cloud computing for Xdrive Technologies. As a real estate advisor, he has represented office, industrial, biotech, medical tenants, investors and government agencies with lease and purchase requirements. The total consideration of these transactions is in excess of $400 million. Personal Interests Terry-Lloyd, his wife and their children live in La Costa. A native South African, he enjoys the outdoors and watching rugby with his family.
