Having started his real estate career in 2001 at niche West End agency EA Shaw, Simon has never lost sight of the values learned in those early years, namely really getting to know clients and building strong relationships.
Following a successful period in office sales & leasing in Covent Garden, Soho, Bloomsbury, Midtown and Southbank, a change to the corporate world followed with a move to DTZ lasting four years before returning to the buzz of London’s West End and back home to EA Shaw.
After the acquisition by the world’s largest real estate advisory firm CBRE in 2012, Simon spent the subsequent eight years in the London Investor Leasing team, advising notable clients including Soho Estates, Shaftesbury, The Bedford Estates, Legal & General, Royal London Asset Management, BlackRock and Northwood Investors. However the draw of boutique agency once again proved too strong and Simon has now come full circle teaming up with former EA Shaw alumni here at Tavistock Bow to head up the Workspace consultancy and provide clients with astute advice based on his enviable track record & experience in the West End’s unique commercial real estate market.
