Simon has worked in the Landlord Representation team for over four years. He started as the Leasing Operations Coordinator responsible for all market research, financial analysis, data communications and managed marketing initiatives for the web. He now functions as a Leasing Representative responsible for six portfolios totalling over 1 M sf including Office, Retail & Industrial assets mainly located in the Greater Montreal Area, but also throughout Quebec. He interacts on a daily basis with asset managers serving both private and institutional Landlords.
