Simon joined Savills in 1986 and was promoted to director in 1995. In 1999, Simon was appointed to the board of Savills PLC as head of Investments. Simon has a track record of researching and executing a range of business development opportunities; including the Investment platform and the expansion of regional offices (Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow) for the commercial division, Savills finance division (Grosvenor Hill Ventures, the principal trading arm) and Savills Investment management (fund management).
As one of Savills leading fee earners specialising in cross border Investment, Simon plays a strategic role in the continued success of the company. He has developed the Savills Investment team into a leading force in global cross border Investment and his recent deals place him at the heart of global capital Investment flows.
