Silvia likes to be a realtor because she enjoys spending time with the people she helps. She also likes the solution-finding challenges of the real estate process! And when it comes to Collingswood, she just loves her hometown and is enthusiastic about showing it to others. She specializes in residential sales and can help you with listings in any town you wish to explore. She grew up in Philadelphia and has a degree from Penn State and worked for the Coca-Cola Company before becoming a realtor and moving to South Jersey. Philly remains close to her heart, but she feels that raising a family in a small town is very special. She still feels connected to the city because it is only a train ride away. Silvia is an avid runner and skier and is active in the PTAs of her children's schools. In the past she has served as President of Proud Neighbors of Collingswood, spent 6 years on the Collingswood Planning Board, and served for years in the Collingswood Junior Women's Club. Silvia is a NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club member, 2000-2007.
