Sibley Richerson is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor with SVN- Southland Commercial. He began his commercial real estate career in 2007. At that time Sibley found interest and success in retail and industrial tenant rep, site selection, and disposition. He also has an in-depth understanding of residential land development. During this time he has helped regional, national, and international companies acquire and dispose of their assets. Sibley has recently completed retail and industrial transactions totaling more than 500,000 square feet and land sales totaling more than 125 acres. Some of Sibley’s current and past clients include Piggly Wiggly, Lipman Produce, Little Caesar, Aarons, Inc., Storage Zone, Synovus Bank, Hackbarth Delivery, Bodybuilding.com, Sunniland Corporation, The Bank of Tallahassee, Anclote Holding Co. Inc, and PWADC, Inc.
Before joining SVN – Southland Commercial Sibley was with Proctor & Long which merged with STRUCTURE Commercial Real Estate in 2010. After being affiliated with an independent boutique real estate firm for ten years, Sibley saw the needs and benefits of being associated with a nationally affiliated commercial real estate firm to fulfill his client’s expectations adequately.
Sibley is CCIM Candidate and a member of Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a 5th generation north Floridian and resides in Tallahassee.
