Shireen Owlia has proudly been with NewQuest Properties since 2014. She specializes in full-service retail tenant representation, with clientele including national and regional soft goods retailers, restaurants, medical professionals, fitness concepts, boutiques, and businesses rendering personal services. Shireen also focuses on land sales and investment brokerage transactions. As a native Houstonian, Shireen began working on real estate transactions with her family at an early age. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law. Prior to joining NewQuest Properties, she practiced as a commercial litigator and real estate attorney.
