Bio
Sherry Blair joined CBRE in 2007 with the acquisition of the Trammell Crow Company. She is a Transaction Manager on the Ameriprise Financial portfolio.
Sherry is a member of CBRE's Brokerage Services Group and is teamed locally with Charlie Snyder and Marcia Lockman. Previously, Ms. Blair served as the Portfolio Administrator on the Ameriprise account.
Sherry began her real estate career in 1999 with Welsh Companies where she spent three years as a Research Coordinator. She expanded upon her real estate knowledge managing office and retail properties in Shakopee, MN where she also managed a 24-office executive suite facility and supported the Managing Partner of large-scale mixed-use development.
