Sherri Rislov is a Property Manager at Wellington Management, Inc (WMI). She manages a diverse set of properties including office, education, industrial, retail and mixed-use buildings in Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Minneapolis, St. Paul, Maple Grove and Little Canada. Because of extensive experience as a commercial, mixed-use and residential property manager, Sherri negotiates, prepares and reviews vendor bids and contracts, supervises construction projects, maintains tenant relations, prepares and reconciles monthly and annual budgets, regularly leases space, and oversees tenant improvements. Prior to joining the company in 2016, Sherri worked for more than 16 years as a property manager and as a loan officer. Sherri holds a B. S. in Business Administration and she is a licensed real estate broker.
