Sheri began her career as a professional property manager in the residential market for local investors in 1985. Her interest in commercial management brought her to the Colorado Group in 1992. Sheri does third party management for investors within the Colorado Group, as well as for many local and national owners.
Sheri believes that sound property management is the root to successful and profitable real estate investments. Strong client and tenant relationships are essential. Attention to detail and a hands-on approach assure you the best possible management for your investment.
Sheri specializes in commercial real estate management. She currently oversees approximately 500,000 feet of office space, and 100,000 square feet of retail space. She also manages 60 residential units (condominiums, apartments, and houses of which she is an investor).
The use of several software packages gives Sheri the flexibility to produce
detailed, and accurate reports that are customized to each client’s needs. Her total involvement in all aspects of property management enables her to produce accurate annual budgets, monthly financials, and future capital expenditure planning.
While attending the University of Colorado, Sheri spent summers working for a variety of contractors (landscaping, painting, building, architects), all of which have enhanced her knowledge of building maintenance requirements. With her many years in the industry she has developed strong, long lasting relationships with reputable vendors that can be relied on to provide quality services to your real estate investment.
Sheri loves the outdoors, and enjoys biking, skiing, hiking and camping. Her son’s membership in the Boy Scouts of America, and love of all sports has kept her active in all of these activities. Sheri regularly volunteers her time to the Boulder County Food Share, Safehouse, and other community service organizations in Boulder County.
Sheri moved to Colorado with her family in 1963, and resides in Niwot with her son, Zachary.
