Born and raised in North Carolina, Shelly is proud to call this beautiful state home. After graduating from North Carolina State University, her career focus turned to banking. During the next 9 years she was able to master the ins and outs of originating both commercial and residential loans from beginning to end. This also allowed her to discover and learn all the essential levels of real estate including the ever-changing market values of all different types of properties from an entirely different perspective. In 2007, her dreams of moving to the coast became a reality. Shelly continued with her banking career even though her heart had turned to real estate. In 2010, she became a Leadership of Wilmington graduate and a member of the Wilmington Central Rotary. She obtained her real estate license in 2012 and have truly enjoyed every moment of her new career. Shelly's background in banking has provided her with the knowledge and experience to help homeowners easily understand the process of buying or selling their home. Taking pride in representing her clients’ best interest is her main focus. Nothing is more rewarding than the relationships created with her clients and the smiles on their faces throughout the buying and selling transaction.
