Shelly Drakes is the Executive Vice President of Asset Management for Dalfen Industrial and is responsible for overseeing all property management initiatives; day to day operations of each property, lease negotiations, tenant satisfaction and vendor management. Shelly is also a member of the General Partner’s Fund IV Investment Committee. Prior to joining Dalfen, Shelly handled management and leasing at Prentiss Properties (now PM Realty).
Shelly earned a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the Florida International University School of Engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Business and Anthropology from Rollins College. She is also a member of NAIOP, BOMA and CREW, in addition to being active in several charitable organizations.
