Fleming Properties, Inc. was purchased and re-opened by our Broker-Owner Sheli Fleming after her father, the original founder, Glenn E. Fleming, who originally formed the company in January 1988, had retired in 2019 and sold the Company to Sheli in order to keep the family company alive. Having grown up in the company and working closely with her father for over 20 years, Sheli wanted to keep the family company alive and moving forward in the same “professional excellence” fashion as it was before her.
Sheli personally has over 15-years experience in residential management as well as experience in buying and selling residential real estate. No matter which agent you have working with you, experience will always be at the forefront at Fleming Properties Inc.
