Sheila's core focus is in commercial and income-producing investment property sales with a strong background in retail leasing and tenant representation. Sheila has experience in strategic planning and pre-leasing of new retail projects as well as existing center portfolio leasing and income maximization and has facilitated multiple real estate transactions with Landlord’s & National REIT’s. Sheila also has extensive experience in restaurant and retailer expansion through developing and implementing strategic growth plans.
