I am a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent who deals in Retail Commercial businesses and property, mainly Gas Stations / C-Stores. I have been in Gas Station industry for the last 21 years and have sold over $80 million worth of Retail Business , Shopping centers , Hotels and other Commercial Properties all over Texas. I Help Sellers Evaluate Value of their Business and Real Estate as per current market conditions and advise them on Fair market Value for their Business And / Or Properties . I also help Clients with secure Financing for acquiring or Expanding their Business ventures and have direct relationship/contact with multiple Local Banks . I don't charge any fee for advising and helping Clients with their Financing needs .
Apart from being a Commercial Real Estate Agent , I am also an investor and have bought multiple commericial and residential properties all over Texas in the last 10 Years including Gas stations , Shopping Centers , Hotels , Land , Apartment complex and other residential properties. I have been self employed ever since i bought my first gas station in the year 2000 that i ran myself and have been investing in commercial properties ever since.
