Shawna Allen, the Manager of Avest Commercial Properties (ACP) is also a limited partner of of Avest LP. A native Idahoan, she received her Bachelor of Economics Degree and Special Education Certification from the University of Utah. She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Idaho and Utah. Prior to becoming the ACP Manager she was the Human Resource Administrator for Avest's other, Stor-It Rental Storages.
Shawna oversees marketing and promotion, and works directly with local realtors for leasing and purchase/sale of Avest's Commercial Properties LLC's buildings and land holdings. She also oversees the property management duties for Avest's commercial properties, i.e., building operations, financial administration and reporting, and tenant relations. shawna@avest-rec.com
