With more than 19 years of experience working with occupiers of commercial real estate, Mr. Lorentzen, Managing Director, leads the Tenant Representation division for the San Diego JLL office.
His clients have included a wide range of companies from local businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.
His commitment and obligation to provide the highest level of service has enabled him to consistently achieve and exceed his client’s economic and business objectives.
Shawn's areas of expertise include Lease Renewals, Lease Restructures, Relocations, Disposition Services, Acquisitions, Construction Management and Financial & Strategic Consulting. He has completed over $1 billion sales and lease consideration totaling more than 10 million square feet of transactions.
Prior to his position at JLL, Shawn was with The Staubach Company for eight years, advancing to Principal of the firm.
