Bio
Shawn Li has 10 years of experience in real estate and financial industry. He joined Lantian in 2014 and has been involved in many aspects of Lantian’s business including acquisition, investment underwriting, development, finance and accounting. Currently, Shawn is working on several larger mixed-use development projects within Lantian’s portfolio, specifically retail, residential and hospitality concepts. He spent his early career primarily in the financial industry in New York, including equity research at Canaccord Genuity, advisory services at KPMG and mortgage-backed securities at HSBC. Shawn received his B.S. in Physics from Nanjing University, China and a Master of Computational Finance from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
