Shawn Jaffe works with the Commercial real estate investment sales team of CBC NRT in Orlando, Fl. Mr. Jaffe is primarily responsible for leading investment sales (asset/portfolio sales) and the general disposition, of client’s asset(s). General responsibilities include sourcing new business, financial valuation analysis, strong negotiation skills, asset/portfolio marketing, investor and market research, among other responsibilities with a personal touch of a trusted professional advisor. Mr. Jaffe covers the entire Florida Market.
Mr. Jaffe is currently involved in investment sales projects in Florida and he and his team have been assigned to work with notable assignments with clients such as Marriott International, Ashkenazi Acquisition, UBS, Avanti Properties Group, Vista Clinical Diagnostics, I-Hop, Edward Jones, Marilyn Monroe Spas.
Mr. Jaffe, working on buy-side acquisitions opportunities. Notable projects include the acquisition of of 2129 W. Fairbanks ave Winter Park with Avanti Properties Group, 206 Hillcrest st. Orlando acquisition for Vista Clinical Diagnostics, 5515 Vista View way, Oviedo, Fl for Marilyn Monroe Spas 20 year lease for a national credit tenant. He is the broker of choice for numerous organizations including private investment firms, REITs and global corporations with assets ranging from $50M to $140 Billion.
Mr. Jaffe had spent 3 years serving in the Defense Force over sees. He has been selected to participate for training numerous classes by Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT's President. Mr. Jaffe has been Ranked in the top of all Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Florida agents in his first year with the firm. Mr. Jaffe and his team are currently members of the CCIM institute and the Commercial division within Coldwell Banker.
