Mr. Henry has been involved in numerous appraisal and consulting assignments in 19 States, as well as Canada, the Bahamas, and Scotland. He has extensive experience with a variety of income producing and special use properties Before becoming involved in commercial real estate appraisals, Mr. Henry was actively involved in the development and operation of numerous golf course properties in the Mid Atlantic Region. He also has experience with the construction of golf courses and residential properties. Mr. Henry is currently pursuing his MAI Designation
