Recently moved to Keller Williams Advisors Realty in Jan 2017, Xiaojie "Shau" Zavon is a dedicated and high performance professional in real estate for 14 years. She brokerages deals in residential, commercial, as well as investment fields, and is one of the most successful bi-lingual agents in the region. As the founder of the Greater Cincinnati Chinese Chamber of Commerce (GCCCC) and its president and Executive Director till Nov 2013, she contributed tremendously towards the success and growth of the GCCCC, which is currently managed by professional ED. She was appointed Shandong Yantai Foreign Investment Advisor by Yantai Municipality Government in 2009. In 2012, she was appointed Guangxi Provincial Foreign Investment Advisor by Guangxi Investment and Trade Promotion Agency of the Department of Commerce. She is a strong advocate to promote and build economic and trade relationship between China and Cincinnati USA region.
Ms. Zavon owns a US-China consulting company Golden Nexus Group, Inc.. In this role, Ms. Zavon helped many Chinese and US companies in market entry strategies, multi-cultural personnel hiring, as well as business and relationship development. She also conducts cross-culture consultant/training and has students from P&G, GE, Toyota & many other multi-national companies. Ms. Zavon was the Vice President of OwnerLand Realty, Inc., the only Chinese owned real estate brokerage company in Ohio, before transferring her real estate license to Keller Williams.
Ms. Zavon has a master degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor in Environmental Engineering from Tongji University in Shanghai, China.
