Sharon Shifflett is a Portfolio Manager overseeing all aspects of management and operations in Coreland Companies’ Valencia, California office. Throughout her 30-year career, she has managed more than $100 million in assets including multiple properties totaling more than 1 million square feet.
In her role. Ms. Shifflett is responsible for the performance of a portfolio consisting primarily of retail and mixed-use properties positioned throughout north Los Angeles County and Ventura County. She provides oversight and mentorship to real estate management teams, while sustaining direct responsibilities to clients to ensure goals and objectives are met in an efficient and timely manner.
Prior to joining Coreland Companies in 2004, Ms. Shifflett served as a Senior Property Manager for Douglas Emmett and The Voit Companies. She also previously held the position of property manager/leasing representative for Lowe Enterprises Commercial Group and Kirkelie Developments. Among her credits, she was responsible for directing the successful $2 million renovation and repositioning program of a Class A office building.
