Sharon D’Orazio is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and has been a part of the Rockland & Sullivan County Real Estate community in multiple facets for over 20 years. She holds many certifications such as Certified New Construction and Buyer Representative, Certified Staging Specialist and SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist. Sharon believes that her clients come first, and she prides herself in educating her clients on what they need to achieve a successful sale or purchase of their dream home. With her affiliation to Christie’s International Real Estate, a proven track record as a top producing agent and years of valuable experience, Sharon has the right tools and exposure to successfully lead her clients through the entire transaction process. Sharon is passionate about her local community and participates in many local charities including People to People, Women Dine for a Cause, Toys for Tots and Hi Tor Animal Shelter. In addition, she has also incorporated her passion and work with Senior Living Communities to assist Rockland County Seniors and families during one of the most challenging transitions in their life.
Sharon is originally from New Jersey but quickly fell in love with Rockland County, where she raised her two sons and began her successful real estate career. She loves living close to NYC and all it has to offer but being far enough away to enjoy the true beauty and nature of Rockland County and her summer home in the Sullivan County Catskill Region.
