Ms. Altenbach is responsible for all office leasing activities in the metro Atlanta region. She has represented a multitude of owners, landlords and tenants in the sale, purchase and lease of commercial real estate and has negotiated over $650 million in office lease transactions and over $135 million in sales. Along with her partner, Candice Flig, she is responsible for leasing a 1 million square foot portfolio of office buildings, including Two Buckhead Plaza, The Forum, The Rinaldi, The Medici and the Gavitello and also provides tenant representation services to corporate and not-for-profit clients.
Prior to founding Two Realty Partners, LLC; Ms. Altenbach was a Partner and Sr. Vice President of Ben Carter Properties, in earlier years Ms. Altenbach was a Vice President at The Landmarks Group for 14 years and at Richard Bowers & Company for seven years.
