Sharina Rice holds the position of Operations and Compliance Manager for Steelhead Management. She oversees the compliance of all system management and operational processes and policy. Sharina has over twenty-five years of experience in Property Management, largely dedicated to affordable projects. Prior to joining SteelHead, she worked for Bonaventure for 12 years. While at Bonaventure, she was the Property Manager of a VHDA Bond property for nine years, and the last three years, held the position as the VHDA Compliance Manager for a portfolio consisting of six affordable projects.
