With 25 years of experience in the industry, Shari’s focus is on regional and local retail tenant representation. Shari is committed to strategically assisting retail tenants in the management of their real estate portfolios in regards to new site acquisition, relocations, renewals and renegotiations. Her professional perseverance and work ethic drive her to succeed on behalf of her clients.
Shari’s tenacity showed through early on when she relocated from Missouri to California to attend Santa Clara University. She graduated in March 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Upon graduating, Shari worked in the San Francisco Bay Area as a real estate broker for a local Bay Area brokerage company specializing in retail commercial real estate.
In March 2002, Shari joined Steve Edwards as a member of The Edwards Team. Her expertise in the retail commercial real estate industry is a perfect fit with Steve’s skill set and client portfolio. She has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1989 and holds active broker’s licenses in the states of California and Nevada. Shari is a seasoned professional whose expertise has helped retailers increase profitability through successful real estate transactions.
