She is an accomplished HR professional, having worked in both public and private entities in Seattle and Spokane for almost 20 years. In 2005, she co-founded a Spokane-based eCommerce distribution company operating three online stores that provide a variety of products to residential, commercial, and government customers nationwide.

Between volleyball games, soccer games, and cross country/track meets, Shannon and her family like to spend time outdoors – going to the lake, hiking, and camping during the summer, and skiing in the winter.
