With almost 20 years of experience in corporate real estate (CRE), I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and value to our clients and partners. As the Executive Managing Director of Client Service Delivery leading the Portfolio Services Center (PSC) Americas at Cushman & Wakefield, I oversee the strategy, operations, and performance of our PSC account teams of more than 1,600 associates across the Americas region. My mission is to ensure that our PSC team provides best-in-class solutions and insights to our clients, leveraging our expertise in lease administration, transactions, project management, facilities management, and strategic consulting.
In my current role, I am responsible for implementing the overall vision and strategy for our PSC client accounts within C&W Global Occupier Services. I am the primary executive point of contact for our clients in the region, leading a dedicated account management team and collaborating with the C&W platform to deliver client value. I have successfully led the PSC team to achieve operational excellence, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and talent development. Some of my key achievements include securing and expanding multiple contracts with Fortune 500 clients, launching and scaling new service lines and capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity within the PSC.
