Shannon Aja joined Newmark in 2004, two years after she launched her commercial real estate career at CBRE. Prior to real estate, Aja was the Senior Vice President of technology company CrossMedia Services Inc., and spent more than 14 years with both Macworld and InfoWorld, where she held senior management positions with profit and loss responsibility and was involved in both domestic and international sales.
Aja’s strong communication skills and understanding of the business process have enabled her to successfully represent both tenants and landlords. Aja puts the goals and needs of her customers first, which results in excellent long-term customer relationships.
