Shane Smith is an investment specialist, focused on multi-family residences, located in Marcus & Millichap’s founding Palo Alto office. Shane is partnered with Mitchell Zurich, Senior Vice President of Investments, who has received national recognition for his accomplishments in investment sales and a proven track record for achieving client’s goals. The two have now partnered together, along with the rest of the team, to represent buyers and sellers in the Bay Area in investment opportunities to help achieve their long-term goals.
Shane Smith earned his Bachelor of Science, Business with a concentration in Finance from San Jose State University. Most recently, he played three years in the NFL where he served as the starting fullback for the NY Giants. Prior to playing for the Giants, Shane was a four year starter and captain at San Jose State University while achieving the awards of Scholar Athlete and Mountain West All-Academic three years running. After a brief endeavor in the tech-industry, he turned his focus to his true passion, commercial real estate. Shane applies the same approach to multi family investments as he did to successfully take on the NFL preparation, passion, and work ethic.
