Shane Kramer joined SVN Realty Performance Advisors in August of 2019. Shane has been active in the real estate industry since 2002.
Prior to Joining SVN Shane worked as a broker and in managerial roles in multiple firms in New York City. As a principal of a real estate technology company- as well his own brokerage- Shane has beneficial entrepreneurial experience to offer his clients.
Shane is also a partner in a multifamily and mixed use real estate portfolio offering market knowledge and insight to his clients.
Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Shane worked in the entertainment, restaurant and construction industries – and has been fortunate to call NYC, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Park City home.
