Shane Decker is an Industrial real estate expert. He has spent the last eight years sourcing, acquiring, leasing, and managing, industrial assets across Florida. Shane began his real estate career working approximately five-years alongside well-known industrial powerhouse Ben Genet of Genet Property Group. Starting off as a property manager, he eventually worked his way up to the director of acquisitions where he was responsible for directly sourcing, closing, and stabilizing value add purchases on behalf of GPG. After GPG, Shane co-founded Infinity Properties to acquire a large-scale portfolio of generational type industrial assets. Infinity Properties has acquired over 1,000,000 square feet of small bay light industrial assets in the last 24 months valued at over $150,000,000, providing its principals and investors with tremendous yield on dollar and significant capital appreciation. Industry professionals all throughout Florida look to Shane for advice and guidance on all aspects of industrial transactions.
