Shane is a Commercial Realtor working with sellers, buyers, and investors to take advantage of the current market in the Southeast Valley of the Phoenix Metro area. He has earned his MRES, CIPS, GRI, ABR, and ePro designations to stay sharp and serve his clients well. Shane is currently working towards his CCIM, building on his Commercial education and experience and proving he's committed to continuing education beyond the minimum requirements. Shane can help you identify what you want, find it, and then help you buy or sell it. He also buys homes, completely repairs them, and resells them, providing him with a great list of contractors who can help out with any project, no matter the size. Shane works tirelessly to find the ideal solutions for your real estate needs. Shane has been very active in his local Realtor Association, WeServ (formerly SEVRAR), graduating from the leadership program in 2012. He also served as the co-chair of the Community Outreach Committee in 2014, sat on the Building Taskforce in 2015, was esteemed with the Realtor of the Year award in 2015, and sat on the Board of Directors from 2014-2018. He also was the inaugural co-chair and 2014 chair of the YPN Networking group, helping to establish the group and plan successful events. Shane grew up in the Dobson Ranch area of Mesa, AZ, and went to college in St. Petersburg, FL. After college, he moved back to Arizona to pursue business ownership and development, using the knowledge he gained while getting a BA in Business Management and participating in Eckerd College Search & Rescue (a unique leadership development program disguised as a maritime search and rescue program). Shane knows Phoenix (especially the East Valley cities of Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and Scottsdale) like the back of his hand. Shane resides in Gilbert, AZ, near his parents and his sister’s family. He started participating in triathlons in late 2005 and completed in the Arizona Ironman in 2007. Shane says, when he is determined to do something, it gets done. Nowadays, Shane no longer competes but enjoys taking his border collie for long morning walks. He likes traveling with his son and girlfriend to experience other cultures as much as possible and see new places. Shane also enjoys scuba, poker, hiking, triathlons, gardening, and spending time with his family and friends. Shane is also an active volunteer in the local communities. He regularly serves at St. Mary’s Foodbank, usually packing and sorting food for emergency food boxes. And during the Holiday season, Shane can be found ringing the bells for Realtor Wednesdays with the Salvation Army. He is a regular volunteer with Gardenpool.org to help with their builds and enjoys volunteering monthly in his son’s classroom and other school activities. Through his business and SEVRAR activities, he financially supports the Care Fund, SEVRAR Critical Needs Fund, RAPAC, and other local organizations. Shane has purchased, sold, and been a Realtor on many types of transactions and properties since 1998. He's committed to finding you what you are looking for and assist with getting the best price possible. His experience will allow him to help with finding, buying, financing, repairing, and/or selling the property you desire. He has participated in over $250 million in real estate transactions, either as the buyer or the direct lender, through his ownership and participation in various partnerships. These partnerships have resulted in over 2,500 homes purchased and sold in the Phoenix Metro area since 1998. Shane has worked in every aspect of the residential real estate process, from research, acquisitions, repairs, maintenance, negotiation, and marketing for sale to property management. On the lending side, he has participated in raising private capital, working with commercial banks to secure additional capital, loan origination, underwriting, foreclosing, and playing the asset manager and liquidation role as the markets changed. He has bought property directly from foreclosure auctions, private auctions, banks REO's, private individuals, other investors, and in his most recent recession, Short Sales. He has been involved in the takeover of a property acquisition and the repair and resale of a company, taking it from losing over $250,000 to profitability. He's been involved with the start-up and expansion of a six-state property wholesaler and hard money lender and acquisition and refurbishing of a condominium project ($34 million). However, Shane's daily business is using his experience to assist and guide you through finding, buying, financing, repairing, and/or selling the property you desire.
