Shana Webb Pasas has 23 plus years experience in leasing and sales of commercial real estate through Landlord and Tenant representation. Shana joined Schmier & Feurring Properties, Inc. as the Director of Leasing in March 2011. Prior to joining the Company, she was an Associate in retail leasing and sales with The Shopping Center Group (Miami, FL) from March 2010-March 2011. From March 2006-January 2010, she was Regional Vice President of Leasing Centro Properties Group (formerly Centro Watt) in Lighthouse Point, FL, leasing the South Florida portfolio. In 2007, she transferred from Atlanta, GA to Florida with Centro Watt. In Atlanta she managed the Southeast Regional Office operations and leased the Southeast portfolio. Prior to Centro, she was a Senior Associate in Leasing with Collins Goodman Development Company, LLC in Atlanta, GA from April 2004-March 2006. At Trammell Crow Company she was a Senior Associate, from August 2000-April 2004, managing their Third Party Retail Leasing Department and had clients such as RREEF, Invesco, GE Capital Real Estate, UBS Global Real Estate, and TA Associates Realty. She began her leasing career as a Leasing Representative with shopping center development company REIT, JDN Realty Corporation, in Atlanta, GA from May 1997-July 2000. From July 1995-April 1997, Shana worked for the Office Property Management Division of Faison & Associates in Atlanta, FA. Shana holds a B.A. in Speech Communication and a Minor in Journalism from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA, graduating in 1993. She is a four-time recipient of the NAIOP Georgia Chapter Million Dollar Club Retail Category “Top Five Producer” Award. She was a Co-Founder of the ICSC Retail Connections Program and has held numerous ICSC state level leadership positions.She is an active member of 100 + Women Who Care charity organization. She was a two-time past Chairman of the Ladies in the Biz Event, coinciding with the ICSC Florida Conference 2012-2013.
