Active involvement in Finance and Real Estate since 1996, initially as a management consultant for Kravco (now Simon Properties), a leading mall developer in the Northeast, and later on Wall Street, raising Private Investments In Public Equity (PIPE's). Moschowits relocated to Miami in 2002, to pursue Commercial Real Estate.
Previous roles include: Leading the growth and operations of a 3MM square foot International commercial and residential real estate portfolio with holdings in FL, NY and Europe, and implementing that Company's long and short term plans, and acquiring value-add retail assets for redevelopment. I've been involved in every aspect of commercial real estate, including: Market Research, Leasing, Due Diligence, Entitlements, Property & Asset Management, Arranging Debt & Equity Financing, and the successful acquisition of over $1B of commercial properties worldwide.
Earned a Bachelors in Public Accounting from Hofstra University, and am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.
